This Paleo Mixed Berry Smoothie is perfect for breakfast, a snack, after dinner, and even post-workout because it has protein and fiber, all without added sugar!
Ingredients
Mixed Berries: use any combination of berries you have on hand and – when they’re in season – grab fresh berries!
Milk of choice: to keep this recipe paleo, vegan, and whole30, use a form of unsweetened nut milk (ex: almond, coconut, cashew, etc.)
Nut or Seed Butter: adds flavor, texture, and healthy fats.

Mixed Berry Smoothie (Whole30, Paleo, Vegan)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1/2-3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or your favorite unswetened dairy-free milk
- 1-2 tbsp Cashew Butter can substitute for any nut or seed butter of choice
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Frozen Banana optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until desired consistency- For a thicker, ice cream like smoothie, blend less. If smoothie is too thick, add more milk of choice.
