Life Changing Oxygen

Discover how pressurized oxygen can increase healing and optimize your life.

How Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Works

HBOT dramatically increases oxygen at the cellular level. This up-regulates genes, stem cells, immune cells, energy, metabolism, detoxification and repair mechanisms.

The Importance of Oxygen

Every day, our bodies need energy for various activities like daily tasks, growth, and healing. The energy we require is derived from two essential sources – oxygen from the air we breathe and nutrients from the food we consume. These elements are then converted into a molecule called adenosine triphosphate (ATP).

Unfortunately most of the root causes of our health problems result in a reduced flow of oxygen. The problem could be normal aging, chronic infections or toxins. One of the devastating results of these root causes is reduced circulation to the affected areas.

In this suboptimal state, our bodies become more susceptible to inflammation and struggle to prioritize growth, healing, and overall well-being. As a result, over time, chronic diseases can start affecting our cells and tissues.

The Role of HBOT

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) comes into play by allowing oxygen to reach areas with reduced circulation. With HBOT, an environment is created that is more supportive of healing processes. By increasing the supply of oxygen in our bodies, HBOT helps us heal and repair more efficiently, and can provide an optimal state for cells to regenerate.

Common Conditions

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) offers a versatile range of applications in medical treatment. Below, you’ll find a list of the most frequently treated conditions. If your specific condition is not mentioned, we encourage you to complete our intake form. This form enables us to assess your needs comprehensively and guide you towards the most appropriate treatment option tailored to your unique requirements. Your health and well-being are our priority.

HBOT aids in rejuvenation by promoting cellular regeneration and reducing oxidative stress, contributing to anti-aging benefits.

Alzheimer’s / Dementia

HBOT seeks to address this by increasing the oxygen supply to the brain, promoting improved brain function and enhancing memory.

Concussion / TBI

By enhancing oxygen delivery to the brain, HBOT promotes healing and neuro-recovery for individuals with concussions and traumatic brain injuries.

Diabetic Wounds

Individuals with diabetic wounds can benefit greatly from HBOT, which enhances tissue oxygenation, promotes collagen synthesis, and stimulates the growth of new blood vessels.

HBOT can be used for those with long COVID to address fatigue, cognitive difficulties, shortness of breath, chronic pain, and inflammation.

Lyme Disease

HBOT addresses Lyme Disease by supporting immune response, disrupting biofilms, and aiding in tissue repair for comprehensive treatment.

Get relief for migraines with HBOT, by reducing inflammation, improving blood flow, and alleviating pain through enhanced oxygenation.

Non-healing Wounds

HBOT can effectively promote wound healing in various conditions, such as chronic wounds, radiation-induced tissue damage, and traumatic wounds.

Pre-Post Surgical

Plastic, Orthopedic, Dental and other surgical procedures can all greatly benefit from HBOT treatments before and after.

Sports Injuries

HBOT accelerates sports injury recovery by enhancing tissue repair, reducing inflammation, and promoting the body’s natural healing processes.

Get Faster, Better Results with Red Light Therapy

Red Light for Eczema

Hyperbaric Oxygen

Red Light Therapy

Combining red light therapy with hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) can maximize the benefits of both therapies. Red light therapy involves the use of low-level red light to stimulate cellular activity and promote healing. Similarly, HBOT increases oxygen levels in the body, enhancing the body’s healing and repair processes.

When these two therapies are used together, they create a synergistic effect. The increased oxygen supply from HBOT provides the necessary energy and resources for cells to respond more effectively to the red light therapy. As a result, the red light therapy can penetrate deeper into the tissues, optimizing its therapeutic benefits. The combination of red light therapy and HBOT can help reduce inflammation and pain more efficiently, promote tissue regeneration, and accelerate the healing process.

How quickly does Hyperbaric Oxygen work?

Patients usually see the best outcome when they get one hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) session per day, five days a week. As a minimum recommendation, we advise individuals seeking effective HBOT to commit to at least three sessions per week. By maintaining a consistent schedule, individuals can maximize the potential benefits of HBOT and enhance their overall treatment experience.

How long do the benefits of HBOT last?

The benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy can last up to 12 months. As individuals progress to a maintenance phase of treatment, the frequency of sessions may be reduced to one or two days per week, as determined by their specific needs. This adjustment acknowledges the potential for sustained healing effects and ensures that the therapy remains effective while accommodating individual requirements during the maintenance phase.

Does Hyperbaric Oxygen help with anxiety?

Yes; it’s the elevated levels of oxygen in the brain that help to significantly reduce stress and anxiety.

Does a Hyperbaric Chamber help with mental health?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) provides a unique approach to address damaged brain tissues, inflammation, impaired blood flow, and symptoms of anxiety and cognitive dysfunction. This therapy holds particular promise for individuals grappling with conditions such as depression, generalized anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). By elevating oxygen levels within the body, HBOT aims to promote healing and alleviate the associated symptoms.

What is the difference between hard and soft oxygen chambers?

Hard oxygen chambers, such as the one we have in our office, are crafted from robust materials like steel or acrylic and excel in handling higher pressures. This makes them better suited for medical applications compared to soft chambers made of fabrics, which have limited pressure capacities and are typically used for less intensive purposes.
