Why is Kale so good for Me?
Kale has been around a long time and is packed with vitamins and minerals. It has vitamins A, B, C, and K, which aid in eye and bone health as well as immune support. The nutrients in kale give it the recognizable dark green color and fight against macular degeneration and cataracts. Kale is also low in calories, while having a high water content – perfect to fill you up with less. Altogether, kale is an amazing vegetable to make sure you are getting enough of! Read more HERE.
