Milk of choice: to keep this recipe paleo, vegan, and whole30, use a form of unsweetened nut milk (ex: almond, coconut, cashew, etc.)
Nut or Seed Butter: adds flavor, texture, and healthy fats.
Chia Seeds: Adding chia seeds adds thickness – without yogurt, bananas, or ice. As well, chia seeds are packed with antioxidants, fiber, protein, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, and more! Read more on their amazing benefits here!
