I can hear you, “Hey, how can you fix my back over the internet?”
That is a great question, and you’re right, I can’t physically fix your back without getting my hands on you. It is very frustrating for me when I know if I could just see the patient in person, I could fix his/her problem. Issues with muscles, joints and fascia require a hands-on approach. Often though, I can direct people to someone in their area who can provide the kind of care they need. I don’t charge anything for this kind of help, and I sincerely enjoy helping people. So please contact me with any questions you have, and I will do my best to help you.
However, for difficulties other than musculoskeletal ones, I am often able to take care of patients who are not physically able to come to my office. Of course there are exceptions and I can’t help every long distance patient, but it is surprising just how much we are able to help patients who don’t live nearby. Through snail mail, the internet and the phone we are able to help many people.
Diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, multiple sclerosis, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue, hyper-thyroid and hypo-thyroid dysfunction are just examples of the kinds of things that I can help you with.
I am able to get a good history, look at prior medical records, order needed lab work, consult with my patient, prescribe a treatment plan and stay connected with my patient in case anything unexpected comes up. The cost for this care varies depending on insurance, necessary lab work and the treatment needed. If you’re frustrated about not being able to get the care you need and would like me to work with you, all you need to do is contact me. There’s no charge for the initial consultation to figure out if my help is what you need.
I really enjoy seeing my patients in person and for 20 years that is all I did. The last couple of years more people are seeking me out for help who live all over the world. If there is something you need help with and are curious if I can help its as simple as leaving a comment.

Greetings Darrell!
LONG LONG time no talk….
Mike and I just moved back from Oregon recently and we are living back in Prescott Valley. In fact, we saw your Dad in Phoenix during the summer whilst we were looking for a house up here.
We need a Chiropractor Darrell clone, do you have any clones up here that you know of? Anyone you can recommend who is of our persuasion?
Mike and I both need regular prn back/neck crackin-lovin hands.
The Guthries
Hi Irene,
I’m sorry but I don’t know any DC’s in Prescott. What I usually recommend for my patients who move is to ask around and find a doc that has a good reputation.
Every Blessing!
Hello, I have a question concerning headache that tends to be in the neck and have had them for quite some time, Drs. have said in the past they are tension but I don’t believe thats the whole issue. I seem to have pressure in my eye and I start getting post nasal drainage and the headache will put me down for about 3 days. Sometimes it feels as if its sinus other times I feel it could be Migraine I just can’t put the connection of these things together,,its confusing. I also have HBP and had seen a Chiro in Huntington Beach Ca. who said I needed to clean my arteries out by juicing for a couple of weeks…I really liked him but I live in Riverbank Ca. which is 6 hrs away and can’t make the drive on a regular basis. I need some advice to find a good Chiro in my area, the one that I chose 2 years ago took my $3,5000 dollars and didn’t help me at all…he is supposedly highly recommended in this area and I don’t understand how he stays in practice. If you can give me a name of a good Dr. in my area I would definitely give them a try..but I need someone who is honest and will lead me in the right direction!! Thank You
Sheila I will be emailing you today about this.

I have been suffering from painful heaches fo rpast 4 years. After I read you rpost about relation of sinus problem with neck problem I began to question years of medication where the symptom is supperessed instead of finding permanent cure.
I have very stiff neck and cracking sound coming from my neck and top of my head feels blocked, the stress moves to eyes and nose. I am expereincing fatigue everyday and the headache is worse in the morning. Most of the times I have running nose,
After reading your post I decided to go back to previous diagonosis and found on 2004 one fo the docs found
hypolordosis with moderate anterior head carriage
very early degenerative disc disease at C5-C6. Now the headache is taking toll I am facing vertigo while driving and kindly feel like losing balance. What can I do to prevent this annoying heacahce
Hi Sam,
To start with find a good chiropractor! I would be surprised if getting your neck fixed doesn’t help the headaches and sinus problems. Let me know how it goes!
Hello my name is Priscilla, it’s funny what brought me to you was me searching on google the correlation between sinus pain, and congestion and neck spasms. I’ve had back and neck issues for over a year now due to my career as a dental hygienist. I have a great chiropracter who helps me, but it’s fascinating what I’ve learned by watching your YouTube videos. I’ve had a bad week and a bad neck alresdy treated twice by my doc, I seem to have a lot of spasm attacks lately due to stress or whatever reason at the moment. Last night I had a few spasms as I was trying to get to sleep and then out of nowhere I noticed my scalp was on fire and my left sinus started bothering me and I could not breath well and had pain.. I finally got to sleep for a very short time and woke up feeling stuffy and like my head was going to pop. I also had to go to the bathroom and produce stool and I found it odd.. I also noticed your correlation with leaky gut and this as well.. Just wanted to know if you could help me, or point me in the right direction.. Thanks Priscilla
Priscilla I am often amazed how this internet thing works to connect me with people all over the world. I’m glad you found me! I need more information but I think I can help. If you would be willing to schedule a “get acquainted” (http://www.darrellkilcupdc.com/work-with-me/) visit with me I will be able to give you a much better answer.
Hi
My name is Viraj and I am going through fatigue issues from last 2 months.
My thyroid and b12 reports weren’t good at all. So my endocrine doctor put me on daily thyroid and b12 tablets.
It’s been 2 weeks I am taking these medicines but nothing has changed much to be frank.
I have started sleeping for 8-9 hours there on. I feel good enough till afternoon and I can control all sort of emotions till then. Once it comes to evening (from 4 pm onwards) I start feeling tired again with less control on my emotions. Nights are again a bit better.
I am not sure what medicines and what tests I should be taking to get back on track.
Please assist
Regards
Viraj

Hello, I would like to find out if you may be able to help me. I’m a new mom and I have been very tired and my body went through a lot giving birth. I read your article on adrenal fatigue and it seems I have all those symptoms. I have low blood sugar and sometimes I feel dizzy and my vision blurs. Anyways, it’s hard finding a good doctor. So I really hope you can find the time to help me! Thank you!

Hallo dr. Kilcup
I suffered from PCOS, multiple allergy (rice, wheat, sugar) and now I fell so unwell. I have not has my period for a years, I feel exhausted everyday, foggy brain, and lack of concentration.
I am also a doctor and I live in Indonesia right now. Conventional gynecologist here only give me progesterone pill. I wonder if you could help me with my problems.
Putri I’m honored that you have reached out to me. I would love to help you, but after attempting to work with patients outside the US it became painfully clear that there are just too many obstacles. I am very sorry. If you ever find yourself in America please contact me!
I had a cervical neck sprain two years ago from an accident and severe sinus signs followed, my eyes water constantly, my nose runs, I sneeze and I wear a neck brace most of the time. My Doctor says allgerys bu t shots dont help, meds dont help and in searching the web I found you!
am now convinced these systems ae from the neck injury! I list website only no busness since accident!
Hello Dr Darrell – love this latest article as I can relate to most of the symptoms. As you say, being here in England and reading all your articles I can see that you are on the top of health issues without medication. I only take pain relief, vitamin D (prescribed by GP) and AI meds after breast cancer. I just wish I could take natural things as the side effects of the pain relief and AI are really making me feel sick! Keep up the good work.
I have had increasing sinus and post-nasal problems for the past 3.5 years after 2 car wrecks and developing neck/back/tmj problems. I was traded for allergies and food sensitivities and while there were some positive results, the recommended changes and allergy medicine did nothing. I am currently worKing with a new tmj specialist and PT AND so far I am getting worse instead of better. I feel like neck and facial muscle tension are causing the excess mucus and also not allowing it to drain. Any thought? I have also worked with chiropractors and acupuncturists
Hi Maya,
It’s impossible for me to evaluate the neck without seeing you. If the PT, chiropractor, acupuncturist did their jobs well your sinus problems should have improved if your neck is the source of the problem.
I can tell you that there are many other causes of sinus problems. The article :http://darrellkilcupdc.com/2015/04/when-a-sinus-infection-is-an-intestinal-problem/ will give you some ideas of how other things can cause sinus problems.
If you would like to see if I can help I need your full history and any medical records. Please fill out the functional medicine form: https://form.jotform.com/62988256034161 and attach the lab work that has been done. Once I go over everything we can meet over the phone/internet and talk about what you need. http://darrellkilcupdc.com/work-with-me/
I noticed my throats hurting a couple days ago, and I’m assuming it’s just fro, drainage because when my neck pain was still mild, I had a runny nose.
The next day I woke up and it felt like I couldn’t swallow at all and as gross as this is, I would have to keep an empty water bottle with me to spit in constantly because it hurt to swallow so bad.
I’ve had this before but the lump and neck pain is to the left on my neck, not the middle where it has been before.
I took a decongestant to see if it would break up any mucus to help out and it didn’t do anything so now I’m kinda stuck.
Suggestions?
Hi Chandler,
I can’t say for sure without seeing you. It could be an infection in your throat. The lump is likely a lymph node. You should see a doc to look at you.
I would love to get tested for adrenal fatigue but my doctor (Kaiser Foundation) usually does not want to do any testing. They believe more in preventative care. How would I go about getting tested on my own?
Not sure if I have written before, but will comment anyway. We don’t live close to you, but would like to know, since you say you can help some from a distance, besides chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, mental and physical fatigue, can you handle sleep disorders also? My husband is SO frustrated, and bedridden except for bathroom functions, and wants help from somebody who really cares! He is through with conventional medicine, 15 minutes after sometimes and hour wait, plus the prescription pad, which has him on about 4 drugs that only help a little bit! To go to a doctor he must, thoroughly get papers together to send before he comes, or before any kind of consultation, and his illness is keeping him from doing this! Is there any way you can help? We are hoping this is the kind of challenge you always want to take to be able to help your patient! Always helps to know your doctor cares, truly cares, about your condition! This is how John feels about his first alternative doctor he is desparately looking for at this moment in time in his young life. He is 56! This has been going on 5 years, and is so hard for him to take. Will wait to hear from you, and thank you for listening. Sincerely, Ruth Kromka, for John Kromka

Hi Dr. Kilcup. I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis, and my doctor wants to put me on Fosamax, but the side effects scare me. I live in the Cincinnati (Ohio) area, have no other health problems, eat a healthy diet and do exercises every day. Can you help me or recommend somebody else in my area? Thank you for any help you can give me.
