For optimal results, we recommend one HBOT session daily, five days weekly. At least three sessions weekly are advised for effectiveness. Consistency maximizes benefits and treatment experience. Different conditions take a different number of treatments before results are noticed.

HOW LONG DO THE BENEFITS OF HBOT LAST?

Some benefits of hyperbaric oxygen treatment are permanent. The healing HBOT creates does not go away after the treatment ends. The new blood vessels created with HBOT are permanent. The collagen that HBOT creates does not disappear after the HBOT stops. Other benefits, like reducing inflammation and pain relief, can last up to 2 days.
