1cupBrown Rice Flour or Chickpea Flour(or any Gluten-Free flour)
1tspOnion Powder
1tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspGround Paprika
1/2tspSmoked Paprika
1/2tspCumin
1/2tspSalt
1/2cupSauce - can be whatever is your favorite!
Instructions
Preheat oven 450°F. Wash and break cauliflower into florets and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine brown rice flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, smoked paprika, cumin and salt. Add water and whisk together until smooth.
Add cauliflower florets and toss to fully coat, making sure batter cover all sides of the florets. Shake off excess and transfer florets onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and toss with your favorite wing sauce. Return to oven to crisp up for about 5 more minutes.
