Cinnamon Vanilla Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/8 cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 dash Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Extract
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 1 TBSP Avocado Oil

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a mug (medium to large in size).
  • Pop in the microwave for 1 minute on high.
  • Let cool and eat!
