Ingredients
1/2cupMayo or Vegan Mayo
2clovesGarlic, peeled
1Lemonjuice of
1tspAnchovy Paste
1tbspDijon Mustard
1/2tspGround Black Pepper
1tspApple Cider Vinegar
1/4cupOlive Oil
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and blend until everything is combined. While the food processor is still running, stream in olive oil until smooth and creamy.
Place in a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
