Double Chocolate Breakfast Muffins
Simple, delicious, and a healthier alternative for breakfast and dessert!

- 1 1/2 cup Oat flour (regular oats blended in a blender, or you can buy at a store)
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup Quick Oats (or 1/4 cup more old fashioned oats)
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Honey (add extra to preference)
- 1 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375* F and line regular sized muffin tins with paper cups.
Mix together all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Then add vanilla extract, eggs, honey, and veggie oil and mix until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 way full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
