Are you looking for effective natural flu remedies?

Here are two herbs that were tested to see if they were as effective as the drug Tamiflu.  So what two herbs do you think test more effective than Tamiflu in a December 2015 study?

You can find the link to the whole study here.

This study is a great example of the power of nutrients found in nature.  The prevailing thought is that only a drug can be of any help.  The vast majority of research is done on drugs because the drug companies have the money to conduct the research.   Because there is no serious money to be made off of nutrients found in nature the research doesn’t get done.  I have personally had medical researchers tell me that they believe many non-pharmaceutical treatments have great merit but they can’t get funding to pay for the research.

So next time you or a loved one starts to feel like they’re coming down with a cold or flu here are some solid helps!

  1. Get REST!  Often a person is sick because they got run down with not enough sleep and too much stress.
  2. Get HYDRATED!  Often a person is sick because they got dehydrated.
  3. Get a HEALTHY DIET!  Often a person is sick because their diet has too much junk in it.  Eliminate all sugar, processed foods and dairy.
  4. Vitamin D3  Unless a person is taking vitamin D3 I can almost guarantee that they are deficient.
  5. Echinacea
  6. Elderberry
  7. Arabinogalactans
  8. Vitamin C
  9. Zinc
  10. Lysine
  11. Garlic
  12. Monolaurin
  13. Olive Leaf Extract

I haven’t put dosages down for these nutrients because it varies so much from one person to another, and what form these nutrients are taken in.  Seriously, these nutrients are not candy and a person needs to know what they are doing before taking them.  I would love to help.

Personally I don’t find it difficult to find effective natural flu remedies.  The real problem I have is choosing which remedies to use!

Any Questions?  Fire away!
